We weren't receiving oil service from them, but they agreed to sign us up for plumbing contracts. I'm so happy they did. What happened next has been a nightmare scenario of plumbing problems. We have acidic well water and 30-40 year old copper piping. We experienced failure after failure, pinhole leaks, and other issues. Right now we're expecting to do a full pipe replacement. Cota & Cota were there every time to fix the issue within 48 hours. They've been to our house at least six times in the past two months to help us, so we haven't had to go without water despite our many plumbing issues. They're always professional, courteous, and transparent about what they are doing. My understanding is that it's unusual for them to offer plumbing services to people who aren't oil customers. I'd recommend becoming an oil customer of theirs JUST so you access their plumbing services. It's been top notch. Thank you so much, Cota & Cota.
