We offer our regular* heating customers a full range of services to keep your heating and hot water systems performing their best. Whether you need a new energy efficient heating systems or just need to have an annual cleaning, the service staff at Cota & Cota is ready. Our fully trained oil & LPG technicians are here ready to respond 24-hrs a day. When you call our office relax, there is a real person on the other end and we are eager to help.
Comfort Care™ Heating Service Plan
Comfort Care™ Service provides the following:
- Periodic Burner Tune-Up, System Inspection and cleaning of the
heating unit as needed. Adjustments are made, as needed, to ensure
your maximum economy and environmental protection. Tune-ups are
completed during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
- All parts will be replaced, as necessary, at the prevailing
rates.
- Burner Service is Provided 24 hours per day, for Normal Burner
Service at No labor charge. Please refer to the Service Policy
Brochure. Specific restrictions apply.

Total Care™ Heating Service Plan
Our Parts and Labor Coverage Plan:
- Periodic burner tune-up, system inspection and cleaning of the heating system as needed. Adjustments are made, as needed, to ensure your maximum economy and environmental protection. Tune-ups are performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
- All parts will be replaced as the Company deems necessary. Parts listed later under “General Conditions” will not be charged.
- 24 hour emergency burner service is provided at no labor charge.
- Total Care™ delivers all the benefits of the Comfort Care™ Plan as well as replacement of parts to the burner unit.
Complete Plumbing Services
Our highly trained Master Plumbers are experts in the plumbing
field. Anything from baths & spas to kitchen faucets & water filter
systems to septic systems, our plumbers are available. As a regular*
heating customer, you are entitled to call on us 24 hours a day,
every day. Emergency calls for plumbing are available 24 hours a
day, including weekends (for regular heating oil & propane customers
only).

Fleet & Vehicle Maintenance Facility 
Mechanical work done by ASE certified auto and truck mechanics.
We offer maintenance service such as tune-ups, brakes, shocks, exhaust
systems, lube and oil changes, major vehicle maintenance and Vermont
state inspections available at our Bellows Falls auto & truck
repair facility on Bridge Street. This facility is available to
our regular* heating customers only.

Key Club 24-Hour Gasoline & Diesel Fuel
 Efficient record keeping… easy access pumps… all at a great price. Become a Gasoline or Diesel Key Club Member today.
We offer a special service to our present heating customers. Available to you is a high security computer key access system to purchase unleaded gasoline and diesel at your convenience 24-hours a day. Key Club locations are at our facility on Bridge Street in Bellows Falls and on Route 5 in Windsor. Both facilities are well lit with easy access for members to fuel their vehicles with mid-grade gasoline or diesel. Your personal key identification allows you – and you only – personal access. No cash is required and you are billed monthly.

24-hour Low Temperature Protection (also referred to as Scul-Tel Alarm System)
Also available to our fuel accounts is a dependable low temperature warning alert system to protect your home when no one is there. Simply, it is a temperature sensor in your home which activates a digital telephone call to our 24-hr computer. This notifies us that there is a low temperature reading in your home and we send someone to check your home before freezing occurs. This is now a toll free service. Environmental & Government Regulatory
Services
We offer a variety of services such as underground heating oil
tank permits, hazardous material and excise tax services. We continue
to receive calls about underground heating oil tanks. We have on
file in our office the regulations regarding underground tanks and
will make time available to you should you need assistance in addressing
the question of underground tanks on your property.

*Regular heating oil customers are those
on automatic delivery for heating fuels, or those "will call"
customers who are delivered at least 300 gallons per year &
Cota & Cota, Inc., or Gay's Fuel Service, Inc. is their only
fuel supplier. Regular propane customers are customers who
use Cota & Cota's or Gays' Fuel Service, Inc.'s propane gas
tanks.
