Vehicle work at our Fleet and Vehicle Maintenance Facility
is done by our ASE Certified auto and truck technicians. This facility
is available to our Regular heating customers only. We offer maintenance
service such as tune-ups, brakes, shocks, exhaust systems, lube
and oil changes, major vehicle maintenance and Vermont State inspections
for cars, trucks and school buses. Special hours and services are

The Cota Key Club Automated
24-Hour Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Station
We offer a special service to our present heating customers. Available
to you is a high security computer key access system to purchase
unleaded gasoline and diesel at your convenience 24 hours a day.
Products are billed by monthly statement.
The products we dispense
are winter blended premium diesel and 89 Octane mid-grade gasoline
for higher performance. Key Club sites are located at 56 Bridge

Available to our Regular heating
customers is a reliable, low temperature
alert system to protect your home
when no one is there. The Guardian™ system is a
temperature sensor in your home that activates a digital telephone
call from your local phone to our 24 hour computer. This notifies
us when there is a low temperature reading in your home and we
send a service technician to check your home before freezing occurs.
Thermostat(s) need to be set at 56° or higher at all times
- we highly recommend 60° and above.
The Guardian™ has
the innate ability to not only detect and report low temperatures,
but it is able to act as a flood sensor and carbon monoxide detector,
as well as reorder fuel when low and potentially dangerous levels
are reached. Pipes frozen due to circumstances beyond our control
will be billed at our standard plumbing rates. The Guardian™ relies
on your local phone being connected 24 hours a day, 365 days a
year. The Company needs to be notified if local phone service is
disconnected, suspended or if additional equipment is installed.
Incompatible phone service issues are not covered by the Company
and may leave your home at risk. The Company prefers to have a
house key on file if emergency service calls arise. The Guardian™ is
installed and billed on a time and
