At Cota & Cota we continually strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. Today, we received an email that made our Monday!

“As a new customer of Cota & Cota I felt it was important for me to drop you a note to make you aware, personally, of the outstanding customer service I’ve been provided by your Team.  EVERYONE that I have had contact with at Cota & Cota has been EXTREMELY knowledgeable, helpful, professional and courteous.  You folks truly are an incredible group of individuals and employees!

Craig Morse was extremely helpful to me in my new account set up process (for oil, propane and central a/c services) and he sincerely wanted me to be happy and satisfied.  Deb and Jill in the office were right on top of things, calling me to set up service appointments that were both convenient and timely — And, both provided great customer service to me with various follow up calls/questions.  Rick Ramirez was awesome not only assisting Mark Ethier with the new propane tank set up, but also servicing my furnace AND working with Tom Cobb servicing my central air conditioning unit — Seriously, is there nothing this guy isn’t good at?!  I swear, as a manager, I strive to have employees like Rick; Professional, knowledgeable and a true multi-tasker!  Both Mark & Tom were also total professionals and did the assigned jobs to my complete satisfaction.  All of your Team was most respectful of my time, my home and my space — You guys are truly top notch!

Having been with my prior service providers for several years, the thought of jumping ship to another company was a bit overwhelming — In hindsight, however, you guys couldn’t have made the transition any easier.  My only wish now is that I had signed up with Cota & Cota when I bought my home four years ago!  SO glad, however, to be with Cota & Cota now!

In the capable hands of the Cota & Cota Team, moving forward, with the changes of the seasons, I know I’ll be kept warm or cool by your services you’ll be providing to me long into the future!”
